SBLG Places Third at the 2010 SVSL
Championships

Aquatic Club competed in the 2010 Silicon Valley Summer League
Swimming Championships at the
Lynbrook
High School
on
July
24th-25th, 2010
. The meet
had 6 other Teams competing with over 300 swimmers between them.
SBLG brought 42 Polar Bears to the meet, over double from last
year.
SBLG swam extremely well
during the meet and placed Third overall with 845 points. The Team
had great swim after great swim and achieved 90% best times during
the meet. This is quite an accomplishment with over 200 swims
during the two day meet.
During the competition,
swimmers are awarded points based off their place in the event and
then the Top 6 swimmers are awarded in their division. Some of
SBLGs’ Top Performers were:
